If any personal data held by btr4d is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or updated. Changes to core identity data may require supporting documentation for verification purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. Certain data may be retained where required by AML or legal obligations.
You may request that btr4d limits the processing of your personal data while a rectification request is pending, or where you contest the lawfulness of processing but do not wish for the data to be deleted outright.
You may request a structured, machine-readable export of personal data you have provided to btr4d. This export is delivered in JSON or CSV format to your registered email address within 14 business days of the verified request.
You may object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Objections are actioned immediately. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, in which case btr4d will assess whether its interests override your objection.
Throughout this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data collected by btr4d in connection with the operation of the btr4d.one website, including data collected during account registration, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, customer support interactions, and marketing communications.

btr4d does not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, or health information. btr4d shares Personal Data with a limited number of third-party service providers who act as data Processors under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to the specific service they are contracted to provide. These include payment gateway operators (processing IDR transactions via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets), KYC and identity verification service providers, fraud risk and AML screening platforms, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, and customer support software operators.
btr4d may disclose Personal Data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or judicial bodies where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive. btr4d will, where legally permissible, notify affected Players of such a disclosure request prior to compliance.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of btr4d's operating assets, Personal Data held by btr4d may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. Players will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy policy applicable to their data following completion of the transaction.
btr4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to third-party organisations for their own marketing purposes. This commitment applies without exception and is not contingent on opt-out status.

🛡️ Your Responsibility: While btr4d takes every reasonable measure to protect your data at the platform level, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own btr4d login credentials and the device you use to access the Platform. Never share your password with anyone — btr4d support will never request your password under any circumstances.
The btr4d Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. btr4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the age of 21. Age is verified during the registration process, and KYC verification provides a secondary check to confirm that the account holder meets the eligibility threshold.
If btr4d becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor — for example, through misrepresentation of age during registration — the account will be suspended immediately, all Personal Data associated with the account will be deleted from active systems within 7 business days, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method following verification of ownership.

All requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and fulfilled within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, btr4d may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it before the initial 30-day period expires.
Requests are provided free of charge. btr4d reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive in frequency, or to refuse such requests in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
✅ Identity Verification for Rights Requests: To protect your Personal Data, btr4d will verify your identity before processing any data rights request. You may be asked to confirm details that only the genuine account holder would know, or to provide a copy of your registered identity document. This step is mandatory and non-negotiable.
btr4d's primary data processing infrastructure is located in data centres serving the Asia-Pacific region. In limited circumstances, certain processing activities — such as fraud screening or cloud backup operations — may involve Personal Data being transferred to or accessed from servers located outside Indonesia.
Where such transfers occur, btr4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the transferred data to the same standard as it is protected within Indonesia. These safeguards include contractual clauses in data processing agreements with recipient Processors that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those contained in this policy, and selection of Processors who maintain internationally recognised security certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001.
btr4d does not transfer Personal Data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual or technical safeguards. Players may request information about the specific transfer mechanisms applicable to their data by contacting the btr4d Data Protection team.
btr4d reviews this Privacy Policy at least annually and updates it whenever there is a material change to the way Personal Data is collected, processed, or protected. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days following the update.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the date on which the most recent version took effect. The version number is also updated with each revision. Where a change is minor and non-material — such as a clarification of existing wording — the policy may be updated without individual notification, but the "Last Updated" date will be revised to reflect the change.
Continued use of the btr4d Platform following the effective date of any policy amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and contact btr4d to request account closure.
