You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register a btr4d account. Players who misrepresent their age will have their account suspended and any balance returned to the registered payment method.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one btr4d account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. Winnings generated on duplicate accounts will be voided and the original balance returned minus any bonuses claimed.

In the event of a dispute between you and btr4d, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through btr4d's official support channels before escalating. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting btr4d support whenever a change occurs.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. btr4d strongly recommends using a password that is at least 12 characters in length and includes a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged.
btr4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time. Where practical, btr4d will notify the Player of account closure and provide the opportunity to withdraw any genuine real-money balance.
btr4d operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be asked to complete additional verification at any point thereafter.
btr4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases involving additional due diligence may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. Depositing and gameplay may continue during the verification period at btr4d's discretion.

btr4d does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which btr4d bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by btr4d within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed as soon as the next processing window opens. btr4d does not impose a withdrawal fee, although interbank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a change of payment method has been approved through btr4d's compliance process. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
All transactions on the btr4d platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied at the platform level. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily limits are published in the cashier section of your btr4d Account and reviewed periodically.
btr4d reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or an unverified account. In such cases, the Player will be notified via the registered email address and invited to provide clarifying documentation.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are all disclosed at the point of bonus activation. btr4d recommends Players read all bonus-specific terms before opting in.
btr4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other Players to abuse referral schemes.
⚠️ One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time. Opting into a second promotion before the first is settled will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited. Draw results are sourced from official published outcomes. Discrepancies between Player records and official results will be resolved in favour of the official result. All content published on the btr4d Platform — including but not limited to the btr4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of btr4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of btr4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btr4d, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

In all cases where btr4d is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btr4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.
Continued use of the btr4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure and return of any remaining real-money balance.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which btr4d is licensed to operate.
